clutch fork

so has anyone had their trans apart and messed with the clutch fork? there must be some kind of keeper on the clutch for where it pivots.... i need to find out what it is, how it goes on, and where i can get one.....in a jiffy! thanks again guys. -tony

There is a tab on the side of the pivot blade that a almost straight (slight bow) spring steel wire hooks on to hold the fork in the pocket it pivots on. At least on the fork of a NP435 boxed truck. You should have two small holes across the fork where the spring passes thru, ends are bent over to secure in place.
