Blown head gasket?
I have a 90 7.3. This truck has not run for a few months.Had a hard time starting yesterday.I could hear pressure leaking off some where in the block, ocationaly as the engine turned over.After engine started it had alot of white smoke comming out the tail pipie,but it did not smell like antiefreze.The engine also had a miss over 1,000 rpm's.I could not find oil in radiator or water in oil pan.I dont know where to start- can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this problem? Were the GPs working........ plug the truck block heater in see if that helps in stating. Any idea where the noise is coming from.......pin point. Did the truck settle down and run good after warmup.

I would start with checking for air in the return lines and go from there.
