did a axle swap now problems
ok i did an axle swap on a 94 f150 5 speed from a 8.8 to a 9 inch cuse the 8.8 was screwed. so now i lost my speed sensor or i guess its called a vss. well we did the transfercase sensor swap job and it still doesnt work i dont know what i am missing. any help would be apriciated thanks

I hate to tell you this, but you're SOL. The only way to fix it is to put the 8.8" axle back in there.
Edit: Actually, there's a company that does make a 9" axle with a VSS in it, but you'd either have to swap axles again or get them to install one in your axle.

there is a company that sells a device you install on some part of the driveshaft or something to that nature. its a couple hundred bucks if i recall. andy is right though you need to swap to another 8.8.
