Auto Light Sensor-burn out

Hello everyone- I bought my truck new and it has 20k miles on it & I have had my clutch plates upgraded (upgraded program for clutch plates, 2 months after installation), widow cable reset (driver's side door), tail light replaced for condensation and my light sensor replaced twice now because it keeps burning out. Anyone know why my light sensor might be burning up the circuit board behind my back seat i think? I also get a high (jet engine) sound when I fist start my truck when it is cold. All is great otherwise except my warranty is up in two months.<O></O>
