Once again I am in a quandry about my 58 ford. I have two questions...The first being that I want to change the gear oil in my rear end, but it has the bolts on the front vice the rear. How do I go about changing this? do I just pullthe bolts or does that also pull out my gearing?
As for the second question---I have a t-98 or 89 i can't remember right now, but it has oil and mud caked all over it. How do I go about changing the fluid in it an ddo i need anytype of filter? thanks for yall's time.....:-X11

You have the drop out, you need to pull your tires,axels and drive line then unbolt the differential, it'll come out all in one piece and besure to change the gasket then reverse the process.
