water drain replacement

I had a fuel leak behind the fuel filter, so I replaced the entire waste gate which came with new O rings.

I havent been able to stop the leak. I went back yesterday and tightened the #20 screws a few more turns and there is still a leak.
I never got a dead tight feeling from any of the 4 screws, Is there a dead end for the screws when it feels like you can't turn anymore or does it just sit in place. Thanks in advance.

the wastegate is located on top of the turbo charger and has nothing to do with fuel. are you talking about the fuel bowl drain valve?

The screws should feel tight/snugg unless they have been stripped out. Are you sure the leak is from the drain valve?

Replace the o-rings inside the valve. Simple to do.

Take a look at posts #11 and #15 in this thread:
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/3...king-fuel.html
for a "quick fix", and look at post #22 for the good stuff.
