Exclamation Need Out Of State Help

Stuck at Flying J exit 188 West of St.Louis. Warrenton Mo is nearest town name. Cold start fired up and ran for a few minutes then stopped. It blew the 30 amp fuse on bottom right kickpanel fuse box and keeps blowing them before restart. Am inside warming up myself. Need to know what to do. AIH was removed. that the problem? Phone internet is barely working and phone sig is bad reception fyi before calling to help me out. Thanks guys...Troy 602-793-8026

Troy, I'm not familiar with the locations of the 99-01 fuse locations, but could this be the fuse for the fuel bowl heater? Just a thought.

Best information that I can come up with on my Helminc is the fuel heater fuse is #34, 30 amp fuse.
Hope you get it going quickly.

I'll bet that your Bowl Heater is shorted. Unplug the bowl heater connector for now you can run without it although it will take longer to warm up and may be harder to start.

In my 1999 SD F-Series manual, the lower right fuse is #31 and "not used", the next one up is #30 (second from the bottom on the right side column of fuses), and is a 30Amp. Description says it's for; PCM Relay Coil, Ignition Coil (Gasoline only), Fuel Heater (Diesel only), Wastegate Solenoid (Diesel only), Injector DriverModule Relay Coil (Diesel only).

Got it running with a band aid. No more help needed but thanks for all your help!
