torque converter lockup

torque converter lockup
I own 2001 f-350 V10 4x4. The torque converter is not locking up.The check engine light is on and the od light is flashing. Two codes from the computer are P1744 and P0743. Is there a switch or sensor for torque converter? If so where is it located?

Electrical problem with the TCC solenoid.
Check the solenoid's coil for proper resistance. Check the bulkhead plug and internal wiring harness to the solenoid.
If the solenoid itself shows an open circuit, replace it.
