Door open/Cab light staying on
I've got a 2000 F250 SD 7.3TD, 4door longbed. It doesn't happen all the time, but for a couple of years now the "door open" light on the dash comes on and so do the interior cab lights. Once I get above 15 mph the light goes off (warning light on dash stays on) and comes back on at 10 mph (when slowing to a stop). As you can imagine, this is quite annoying. I have taken out the bulbs, but now have to turn on the small lights by hand when loading my children into the vehicle at night. My guess is that one or more of the door switches is faulty. Anyone else had this problem, and how did you remedy it? Thanks, Thomas

The switches for the lights are in the door latches, so spray the heck out of em. will probably solve the problem

I have that same problem, the switches all seem fine. Except for the front door signals are inverted. I have replaced the cluster and VSM. If you do find a non-switch solution, let me know please.
