Auto 4x4 Switch...
Guys for some reason on my 92 F-150 when you haven't used the electric on the fly 4x4 system on the truck it will click but the 4x4 high light will not come on, after hitting the button more than once I can get it to turn on and then I can go on with life? Is there a mod to do to the shifting motor to get it to turn on more reliably? By the way this is on a:

Water can get inside the motor and then it doesn't work very well. This is a fairly complex system with a little shifting computer and a bunch of wiring. If someone would invent a conversion kit to go to manual operation, I think they would make a lot of money selling them.
