Check Engine Light On/Transmission Problem
Check Engine Light On/Transmission Problem
Hello Guy's or Woman's
I'm search for advice on a 2002 Ford Explorer Limited . The Check Engine Light have been on for 2 years now. I deceide to get the pr5oblem fix I had it put on the machine the Diag was P0401 and P0402 which I know indicate Exhaust Gas ReCirculation (EGR) valve, insufficient flow dectected and excessive flow detected. I have change the EGR Valve that I purchase from AutoZone. I reset the truck and purchase some lucas and pour it into the fuel tank to clean the lines and purchase some carb cleaner and the check engine light went off for a minute or more and came back on. I Also having problems when the truck change gears it jerks a little I'm thinking the filter in the transmission needs to be replace with a new one. I'm a mother of six kids and can't afford to take it to the Ford Dealship. Could someone please assisted me with my problem.
Thank You
Shasha
