Need Spark Plug Fire Sequence!

I Have a 96 F150 with a 302 FI. I am in the process of tuning her up with new plugs, wires and rotar cap. My Haynes manual is a little hard to decifier. What is the proper firing order for my engine. I found an artical online that says for a standard 5.0 the order is 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8, and for a 5.0 HO (High Output) the order is 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8. How do I know which I have.

Yep, saw one of those stickers on my friend's 96 F150 the other day.

Your firing order is 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8. Number one is the passenger side front of the engine.
