I am about to pull the trigger on the 2007 Expy. I was wondering if folks could post prices paid, so to compare whether or not I am getting a good deal.
I got the Eddie Bauer and as far as I can tell the only options I did not get were the air adjust rear suspension and the navigation system. I paid about $42,000.
We are looking at a Eddie Bauer EL. Options include 2nd row captains chairs, power moonroof, power liftgate, climate controlled seats and Rear DVD system. We have xplan and are looking at a sticker price of $48765. Dealer is quoting a price (before tax and etc) of $44716.
Financing on 2007 goes to 3.9% for 60 months at 12:01 a.m. December 5. $1000 cash goes away...at least for now.
I drove a EL XLT 4x4 today and the salesman told me $1000 rebate plus the low rates. Before, he said you could only get one or the other. BTW, the truck road very nice, it be better to have some more power. I didn't like to watch the mpg gauge while driving.
I was wrong about the $1000 cash going away. It is still available interest rate did go to 3.9% for 36 mo up to 5.9% for 60 months
Ok there's the $1000 rebate and you get the specials on financing but I also just got, out of the blue via email, an additional $750 bonus cash offer. It came with an 11 digit number that I have to take to the dealer to refund the $750 at the time of purchase.
It looks like I'm going to order the following.
Invoice MSRP
2007 Expedition EL 4x4 Eddie Bauer 37,617 41,125

The invoice price came from www.kbb.com but the salesman is saying that it's wrong, although the MSRP matches. He gave me a price os 42,861. Does anyone know if the kbb.com invoice price is correct?
Now anyone looking for a second hand truck? 2001 F250 CC SB 2WD w/ the 7.3 PSD and only 177,000 miles. Good deal at $12,000.

Try www.fordvehicles.com for actual prices. I bagged mine at about $4000 under MSRP (including taxes at 6.0%), which would put your ride at about $41,000. There is no reason you should pay more than that for the vehicle.
I paid $43,006 for mine, which included an extended warranty. I bought mine on 10/13, so I didn't get the $1,000 rebate. It's an Eddie Bauer with everything except load leveling suspension & retractable mirrors. Included: Rear DVD, Nav system, convenience pkg (reverse sensors, power pedals, 2 position seat memory, power rear quarter windows), heavy duty towing pkg, 20" chrome wheels, daytime running lamps, power liftgate, sirius sat. radio, climate controlled seats, chrome exhaust tip, extended warranty (5-yr 100,000 miles).
I worked through the internet department of my dealership (they called me within 1 hour after I filled out an on-line pre-approval application for financing). When I told him I was a member of Triple A, the dickering stopped and he told me his bottom line. My own figure that I was going to stand firm at was within $25 of his. Deal done, slick and easy.
