Now I need to replace my Turbo

'04 F350 37,000 mi.
Tow 36 ft race trailer weekly, many 6.0 specific problems including having a remanufactured turbo put in at 17,000 mi. In the shop today for chugging and puffing black smoke when pulling trailer- dealer reprogrammed vgt sensor-stating it did not take the last program, however they tried to charge $95 to fix it under the extended warranty.
