My holley is also a 5-7, which is about what the mechanical runs. I don't know of anything on the selector valve that will hold up to the draw. At this time, I tapped into the fuel solenoid, but want to get it on a relay sometime. I want to put a cutoff on it as well, for when I need the key on, but not the pump. Also works as a theft deterrent...

I feel kinda' stupid...I had a poor ground. Went straight to the battery...wrapped a wire around the tightening bolt, in the middle...and it didn't get tight enough. put a washer inside the nut and wrapped the wire there...works like a champ!
