What are the best plugs/wires for a 4.6?

I have tried aftermarket plugs and wires. I think the best quality and performance would have to be with the stock stuff from the dealer. The plug wires are high quality, and the plugs are platinum.

Has anyone tried the Ford Racing wires? I saw them in a Jegs or Summit catalog the last time I looked. I wonder if they are any better than the standard Motorcraft?

Ford racing wires fit the best and were cheaper than stock well @the dealer anyway.Ford has a new plug fm series i think.Don't forget to retorque in 500 miles.

I put the blue Ford Racing Motosports 9MM wires on my 97 4.6 a couple of years ago. I have had no problems and they look cool to. They were a set cut specifically for the F-150 with cylinder numbers on the wires. As for plugs the platinum motocrafts or autolites should work fine.
