I need help 94' EXP
I have a 1994 Explorer w/AT and 2WD. This is my 4th Exp and I love each of them. This one gets terrible fuel milage 12.5 mpg. The check engine light comes on intermitantly so I used a paper clip to pull the codes. The first code is "111" to which I cant find an explanation. The contiuious codes are "122" TPS circuit below minimum volts, "172" HO2S11 indicates lean and "181" HO2S11 lean partial throttle. Can any one tell me what 111 means and how do I correct it and the other codes as well ? Thanks to all in advance, Steve

I don't know what you are using for a code list. Sounds like it must be incomplete at best. 111 indicates "pass" or OK. In your case, this means it passed the KOEO test. The next step after getting a pass code from the KOEO test is to perform the KOER test.
