i have the AFE stage 2 with the progaurd 7...been in for about 2 months now..got the progaurd7 do too the use of salt in north county..nasty and dusty..AFE makes the turbo whistle a little more and in stock form i did notice better hill climbing...i got a steep hill in front of my house...i climb it from a dead stop full throttle...i gained about 7 mph going up by using the AFE...i got mine from bob at http://www.dieselsite.com/index.asp?...S&Category=317
he cut me a far better deal then his site gave me..if i had to it all over again id go with the AFE..

I have the AFE Stage II with the blue and I just installed a pre-filter sock and I really like it. Lots of air flow and superior filtration. Also, the sound it makes when I get on it makes me smile. Sounds like it is going to suck up small animals that could be too close.
