Looking for MPG upgrades.

Hi Everyone - what a great site.

I have been reading about different performance upgrades for my 06 6litre PSD 6speed. I use it as a service truck , mostly highway miles. I get paid mileage so any improvement is $ in my pocket. I am looking for mileage improvements rather than power improvements but both is good also.
Is there any upgrades that are proven to be the best without me re-inventing the wheel?
Some bigger exhausts are too noisy. Then you have cat back or turbo back? K&N air intake, various programmers ...
All of this is probably the millon dollar question but any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for now

Try this thread and look at post #48--> https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/5...-doing-it.html
From what I have seen, offshore1 has a few mods and is the 6.0 mpg champ at 26-28 mpg!!!

how about go buy a dozen eggs and let them expire. then put one under your pedal. i am sure after a few, you will remember how to push the go lever.

Easy on the go button, Tires aired up, easy on the brakes, change air filter regularly, and then hope that you stay on flat land. Oh and I just saw on mythbusters that the best way to get better gas mileage maybe 2MPG is to use a net instead of the tailgate. Other than that keep your tailgate up and drive level and steady. I can get 26 mpg at 65mph on flat land which is hard to find around here, But the air temp can't be too cold either.
