04 6.0 will not start? HELP!!???

04 6.0 will not start? HELP!!???

I am a mechanic and I am having fits with a 6.0 in an 04 f-450. Here's what I have done, any help is greatly appreciated: r&r head gaskets(with new head bolts), new egr cooler, of course new intake gaskets, new seals on all 8 injectors, 2 new exhaust push rods(cyl #1 and #5), new degas bottle and all parts are from Ford.

Now the stupid thing will not start. I have pulled the fuel lines loose from the heads and felt for pressure while cranking to see if maybe I had some pressure coming back into the fuel system, none. The ICP pressure comes up to 1000 or better while cranking with no trouble codes whatsoever. It passes the injector buzz test and the KOEO test everytime.

My local Ford diesel tech scratched his head and said "hunh". Help please.

if you can check pids, monitor cam sensor and rpm.

here are some more pids. ficmsync, ficmvpwr, ficmlpwr, ficmvpwr, rpm, icp, ipr, vpwr. make sure your vpwr pid never drops below 9.5, if so you need to put a charger on it. make sure you check all these and get back to me

Did all those too; ficm=47-49 volts out 11-13 volts in( with charger running constantly) rpm 200 cranking, icp 989-1070 cranking, it does show sync.

Thanks, sorry for the head scratcher I'm about to pull my hair out!!!

take your secondary fuel cap off and switch the truck on letting the bowl fill up with the filter in it. do this a few times as that will allow the heads to fill with fuel and purge the air out.

I already tried that, today I pulled the glow plugs out and spun it over hoping to see a mist of fuel, but I did not. I used my injector probe to see if they were actuating and they show to be by that method, but still no fuel to the cylinders. Any idea why?
