I've been playing around a little and found some cool things, but I guess there is no substitute to someone that knows the program actually teaching you.
Since you asked about GOOD ones particularly, I occasionally use the tutorials at Lynda.com they're not terribly expensive and are actually really good. I've used quite a few of them and they all seem really easy to understand and show you a lot. The photoshop one actually taught me quite a bit, even though I'd taken a photoshop class in school.

I've been trying to use it, but, don't have enough time to take a class.
I was given a CD that teaches the program, but, my daughter 'confiscated it'.
I'll probably get one of the 'Dummies' books. . . . . .
