what size front axle
i have a 89 f250 4x4 with a 7.3 manual locking hubs i just dont know the diffrence between the 44 and the 50 dana. im trying to replace my bearings iner and outer but cant figure out witch onces i need. thanks

not true. some of the F250 also had a dana 44 ifs in them.

well yall ive got it figured out i belive i talked with a man i met up at the auto parts store he has owned severall of the 350s and 250s, he told me i had a dana 50 with 44 outers i thought he was retarted untill i tore it apart and shore enough he was wright. after i figured out what was up i bought my socket for the nut on the hub and had it off and replaced in no time. i also have one more question is timken the best they make for these trucks or have yall heard of a better brand or maybe even used a better brand. o and by the way i have the mile marker locking hubs. those pics didnt look anything like mine. thanks for the advice though and im surprised i got a answer that fast on here thanks again.
