Moose, yes, it will fit- IIRC. The other part of my bad memory doesn't remember if the balance is the same, however. Maybe the Fellows in the 289-302-351W forum can help. DinosaurFan, on the work 'puter

While it will fit, the balance on a '94 302 is 50 oz and the 351 is 28 oz. You need to use a 28 oz flywheel on the 351 to avoid problems. A machine shop can re-balance the flywheel but it may be just as cheap to get another with the proper balance.
