Question Computer question - adobe photoshop
I have a picture of multiple pieces of construction equipment. I would like to move the end one in the line closer to the others. Is there any way to do this. Thank you for any help.

Paint Shop Pro is much cheaper, I think there may be a free demo. jasc.com .
