1998 V10 E350

I've recently bought a E350 w/ V10 I belive I have a striped Plug hole has anyone seen this befor and do they make a repair kit?

I think your in the wrong forum, but the bad news is yes, it's common. The good news is several companies have a repair kit, but I don't know the company people here have used. Look through the 5.4L and V10 forums, you should find a thread on blown plugs on the first page of each.
