front end thunk

I have a 1996 F-150 4X4 and lately there has been a thunk or bang in the front end when turning or going slow, like backing up or pulling out of a parking spot. I thought it might be the ball joints since they were on their way out so I replaced them but is is still making the sound. Do you have any ideas or suggestions. thank you

Check radius arm bushings.

and broken or loose shocks

I'm thinking it might be the shocks or end links as i have already replaced the radius arm bushings a while ago with polyurathane bushings.

Lower shock mount bolts cause noise when worn. My truck is always making strange noises I can't pinpoint. My wife thinks I'm crazy replacing all the parts I do on this truck. I think it gives it character.
