wireless headphones 03 Excursion
is there anything i can do about the large oversight ford made by not offering wireless transmitters in the 03 excursion??? i am less than amused at the options i have now. please help shed some light. do i need a monitor from an 02,04,05??? am i stuck with a cousin eddy approach to screwing shizzle into my headliner and running wires from here to there? there has got to be a better way.

I have delt with a company in central FL, and thier wireless headphones were seperate from the head unit. Autocinema.
Most all of the video companies should have a non-intregrated wireless system you can add to the audio out put and power.

Look for an RF headphone system. I know Un-wired and other companies make them. They use an outboard RF transmitter rather than a IR system so they dont need 'line of site' to function. The transmitter can be mounted virtually anywhere. Most good install shops should be able to handle the intigration to your factory system.
