Course is going good morris. The instructors are really impressed with my ability behind the wheel of the truck and trailer. After I am done and hopefully pass my road test, I would like to find any job that makes me 5 grand a month or over. Right now it looks like I might hit up the oil patch in alberta. But who knows, time will tell.
Oil patch well the words that come to mind is awesome pay but crappy work and hours and stuff well my dad was in it for years thats why i hardly ever seen him when i was a really young child its alright if your on your own and single but with a family you hardly see them and stuff and lots of hard work but good luck with whatever you choose to do
Man have I been out of the loop! When did you come back from BC?
You looking for Long haul, or dialy? Short runs are harder to find and often don't pay quite as well. All the older dudes go for them so they can be at home. Are you looking to drive in the oil patch? My Dad was out there driving oil and/or water trucks 2 and 4 years ago. The camp jobs pay better.
Yeah full you have been out of it for awhile lol. I didnt move back yet to sask, but did come back to take a 1a course. I want to get a camp job driving truck and make some bigger coin. Thats the plan so far!
Yeah I like driving. Its something I am wanting to do for the huge paycheck though right now. I still dont know what I want to do in the future future, perhaps a bobcatting type business
