Hi Flow CATs

I have an 88 F150 with a stock exhaust but no muffler but i have next to no sound! My truck has two CATs and i dont know whether i could replace them with a hi flow CAT and get better sound or not. I want the truck to be loud my last truck 82 F150 had a glasspack on it and was loud but i cant seem to get this truck loud like i want it. Anyone have any information on the Hi Flow CATs or know what i should do?

I had an 89 with the 300 my pipe broke off right before the cats since there were two i just made duals with one cat on each pipe

How did that sound .... my muffler is loose on my 4.9 and I might want to put duals on.
