Fuel Pump?
My 1989 F150 won't start. When I ground the puel pump (at the test plug) I hear the click of the relay but the pump does not come on. This is the high pressure pump. Does this mean my fuel pump is bad?

Try resetting the Inertia Fuel Shutoff Switch, push the button on top.

It turned out to be the fuel pump relay. It clicked when I grounded the test plug but there was no power at the pump.
