Search is turned off again
Sorry but the search feature had to be turned off again at least through the end of December for non-Club FTE members and non-staff. The load was simply way too high to be sustainable untill the updated load balancer and equipment can be installed.

I`m sure that they know but will pass it on.
To give you an idea of the load here are some FTE site statistics:
Threads: 540,933, Posts: 4,119,660, Users Registered: 372,229
I wasn`t aware that it was any where near this load......
We have to live with it, there is NO other choice at this time till all the upgrades are done. Not a simple task.

You can always use Google or another search engine to search the site.
Search hint- To search for an exact phrase in the FTE boards use:
Google advanced search

That's good Torque1st. We (the rest of us) will pass that along when those "where is" posts start happening. That will save me some headaches too trying to find things. I read old threads a lot when I have time. 
Please don't think I am am complaining or anything. I was just saying what I saw happening before. I am well aware of the server problem. I read the site announcements and questions areas when things go goofy.
I have been involved in several sites over the years from your side, so I know how it all works.
