o.e.m. dizzy

i have a 79 150 with the 302. its an edelbrock rebuild with all the stock accessories (distributor, alt, etc.) i replaced the distributor but i am now questioning the firing order on the dizzy. i no some consequtivly(sp) roll clockwise firing all the way around. and some fire every on every other pick-up. my truck isnt running right now and have exhausted my knowledge on how to fix it. this is the last thing i can think of.

yeah definently, i got that from you on my last post. i guess i shoulda taken a second look at it for this problem too. i appreciate all you help
