Ranch Hand, hands down, but only if you want a real bumper. Just kidding, for an OEM replacement look at Bronco Graveyard, National Parts Depot, (both site sponsors) or LMC truck. Also check ebay as poeple that are putting after market bumpers on sometimes sell thier OEM.

Well...If you're wanting an OEM replacement, try the dealer. If you want an aftermarket replacement, try the sponsors listed on this site.
Some winch companies are making bumpers specifically for their products. You can try their websites.
