98 Explorer Front End Noise

98 Explorer Front End Noise
I am having trouble trying to locate the source of a squeeking noise in the right front, either going down the road, stopped and turn the wheel or push down on the bumper the noise is there. Had mechanic look at it to determine, he was not sure if it the upper or lower sispension arm. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks dlr71

I was hoping this would have to do with the noise my wife's '99 makes, but it doesn't.
The noise I am refering to is a grinding noise coming from the front end. I replaced the unit bearing on the one side and it didn't help. I am wondering if it is in the differential.......
