Another radius arm question

So I've looked through this forum to find more info for changing the radius arm bushings on my '97 2wd Powerstroke. And have bought the parts. Got them from Advanced Auto and I think they are TRW. The box comes with 2 red urothane bushings, one larger than the other, 2 large metal washers, and one plastic piece. What and where in the assembly does this plastic piece go? It fits over one end of the Larger bushing, like a wear guard maybe? Does any one know exactly the place this piece fits, front side bushing? Is the larger bushing for the front?

It goes on the back side of bracket,in front of the smaller bushing.

So the bushing go on like this front to rear, Larger bushing, bracket, plastic guard, small bushing, washer, radius arm nut. Any torque value on that large nut?
