Just a note:
Stopped at the scrap yard the other day to sell a bunch of lawnmower batteries and scrap aluminum that i have been collecting.
Asked them about taking the safe and he said "no way". Wouldn't even take it for free. Said they don't take them at all because they don't know what's lining them (concrete or asbestos).
I'll be checking with another local yard soon to see what they say.
Looks like burying it in the basement is looking better all the time.
I am also going to look around on the 'net and see if anyone has ever made a wood stove out of one. I may be able to put it to some useful purpose.

How about we all come over,grab hold of that sucker and carry it out. Then we can use it as a mini bar for a couple of hours. While we pat each other on the back. I enjoy making Tim Allen sounds. Wadda think guys????
