Whether or not you use Painless is almost beside the point. Some prefer Ron Francis (he is a quality manufacturer), some prefer Painless, some may prefer another brand. Some like Fords. Some like Chevies. Some prefer blondes over redheads. What counts is you are all enthusiasts, you are the backbone of our industry and we respect and appreciate all of you. We would be foolish not to listen to the very people who use our products and, while we may not be able to persuade everyone just yet, if we listen and continue to improve, we just may get there one day.
We'll check back occasionally just to be sure you're all behaving yourselves. Until then, take care and tread lightly.
