Power Issue
The lights and headlights are dim. The battery charge gauge shows a discharge. When the headlights are turned on, the temperature gauge goes up. If you turn on the heater, the temperature gauge goes higher. This is a 1989 Full Sized Ford Bronco with a 302 motor. The alternator is new and the battery is fully charged. The same problem happened with the old alternator. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it? Thanks.

I would check all the grounds. There should be one from the battery to the body, one from the engine to the battery, and one or more behind the dash.
Look for corrosion or bad wires.
