So where is the function??? IMO it is just a big waste of money for a truck that will NEVER tow, see a dune, or rumble through any trail. Hey to each their own. Like my Grandma always said, " you cant buy taste"..
To me it looks like an "off road" truck for Homosexuals(not that there's anything wrong w/that). But who the hell authorized that wheel/tire combo and the chrome susp.?
Makes you wonder, especially after seeing all the 20" plus chromed rims w/A/T's on the road..they even stock on a Ram 1500. Go figure.
If I had half their money and resources I would be a very happy man.
To each their own I suppose. I don't mind it at all and actually like a lot about it.
Btw, that has an airbag system on it so I suspect getting in and out is easier than it looks. For show purposes I'm sure they pegged the bags all the way up.
Aside from the stupid lambo doors, and the ugly design of the wheel, i like it. I like how the red and chrome goes together. I'd drive it. But i guess that is because i'm a homosexual with 20" wheels inside my 37" tires.
People have money, and they make a play toy. Think of it as "compensating," that guy had to compensate alot.
Hey at least it doesn't have that stupid spray-on mud and snow on it!
where did the pic come from what show?
i bet if the doors were closed and we had a clean profile shot... opions would be different
I agree, a little less lift, doors closed and no funny machining on wheels, the truck would look good. I have seen some F 350s with 22.5 semi truck wheels and 36 inch Michelin tires and they look good.
Not my cup o' tea, but whatdahey. It's not my money. To each their own.
I would think that it might look pretty good with the doors closed and a decent set of wheels. But my personal preference is for much less of a modification on these trucks. I think they look just fine stock. Maybe a leveling kit and a set of 35s is all I would do, if I was gonna do anything at all.
Mine is just fine stock.
