Siamesed block ?'s

I was doing a search and couldn't find anything newer then a comment from 2004. Anyway I was just wondering if anyone ever did any street testing on the SVO 460? If so was overheating an issue? I know that the other brand had a siamesed block in the late 70's and early 80's cars and trucks with overheating problems. Does the SVO block suffer the same fate? Is the problem avoidable at smaller displacement or lower RPM's? Basically I was wondering could the SVO block be built into a street/strip stroker with the main focus being strip but an occasional Friday cruise or Sunday drive? Not that I can afford the motor now but it would be nice to build an 806 monster motor when I finish tech school.

By the way I sold my truck so if I ever built this beast it would go into a 67 Galaxie fastback I have. It wouldn't be built for a truck if that would even matter. It would be for a back-halved fullsize car.
