Your speedo isnt off from a gear change. Did you change tire sizes?
There are all kinds of programmers that will compensate for tires, but cheap . . . cheapest is five minutes with someone with the diagnostic tools. Plug in, enter new revs per mile, have a nice day.

You can use a truspeed from superlift, but if you spend another $1-200 you can have a tuner. However, it is a stock gear ratio, so ford should be able to upload a new calibration for around $150.
