Start here: https://www.fleet.ford.com/ and download an owner's manual.
For starters:
Change to oil every 3-5000 miles. I change my oil every 3,000 and the oil filter every 6,000.
Fuel filters (their are 2 of them) every 15,000 miles.
Transmission fluid and external filter is scheduled to be changed every 30,000 miles if it's an automatic.
Air filter, when the filter minder say so........
I would stick with Motorcraft parts. Some aftermarket oil filters are too short causing the oil to drain out of the filter housing when the engine is shut off.
Also, some aftermarket fuel filter don't have the water barrier around the primary filter.
