engine miss
my grandmas got a 1988 oldsmobile 88 and it died on her the other day, then i went to see if i could get it running do i could limp it home and it started right up, but it did have a miss in the engin. i was almost home and it killed again but it started right up again. im thinking bad plugs, lastyear i replaced the coil pack so im thinking the plugs would be next on the list. im thinking its a spark problem because it does run just dies every so often. any ideas will be very appreciated. thanks seth

The ignition module causes problems on these cars (the thing the coil packs plug into). Might want to check into that.
Check to see what cylinder is missing. Replace the plugs and wires, and you might want to check for codes.
