Keypaint also did a few. Check with any driverfx store. However your best option is to get a clear one and have it painted. You will probably have to explain to the body shop to apply clear coat first, then the color coat.
I have painted a few of these before its quite simpal. Buy the clear one as stated in Aftrmidnite's post. I use the Dupont system at work and thats where i did it. Tape off the outside of the bug shield so it doesnt get any paint on it. Then clean it with their plastic cleaner 2319. Spray one coat of 222s adhision promoter then straight to color. It may take 5 or 6 coats to get the coverage you need. Then just clear coat and your done.
I'd like to try one at work with "Rattle cans" Do you tape the edges? Learned this tip several years ago. Wrap and secure a coat hanger to the can, twist it around till it points in the direction the spray is going, cut the end off at twelve inches from the can. This will keep you from getting too close to your work.
I've done this to 6 of my trucks so far. I use blue masking tape around the outer edge of the guard and cover the front with newspaper. Before masking though, use a scotchbrite pad to rough up the back side that you will be painting. Believe me, the scratches do not show when it is painted, and it really holds the paint. I usually do 3 coats, and no clear. It doesn't need clear. Nothing hits it. Try making some mirror image decals on clear decal paper and apply them first. Make sure you clear coat the decals before applying though, so the ink won't run.
