'56 Long or Short Bed?
I have 1956 F100 Custom Cab. The bed is 79" long. Is that a long bed or a short bed or where there even those designations in those days. I wrote to Ford and they sent me information about the trucks lineage but didn't include that information.

In 56, the short bed was built on a 110" wheelbase frame. The longbed was on a 118" WB.
