I'll dig this one out although it will probably be useless now...
It was used in the Rangers and Bronco II. I think the exploders used it too.
There was also a beefed up version used in the full size trucks, broncos, and vans.

Way back when I owned the 86 Turbo Coupe, I had read that it was essentially a Pinto engine beefed up a bit and having a turbo, it sure looked like a Pinto engine but prettier. That is why I said Pinto 4 banger.
Is the Bell housing and clutch set up different from the TC to the truck engine? That's probably what this guy really needs to know and I definitely don't know the answer.
