Arrow Takem off?

Would it hurt anything if I take off the "squeel clips" -don't know if thats what they are called, but they occassionaly grind into the rotors. It's not worn down pads, fairly new pads, they just seem to squeel em out.

It shouldnt affect anything, except letting you know when your brakes are getting to thin.

If you change your brakes on a schedule I'd say its safe to take them off. However, if you are like me and change them when you have to I'd say leave them on. If they are contacing the rotor on relatvely new pads then they are adjusted wrong or got bent during installation. Just bend the tabs back so they'll hit right before the rivets in the pads do.

Pads are much cheaper than rotors, and in my opinion I'd leave them on...
