In order to start a Chapter you must have minimum of 5 FTE members willing to join. Each member must be an active FTE user for at least 30 days. The member organizing the Chapter must be an FTE user for at least 60 days.

I'm in TX but I grew up and have family in NM. I'll join both. That is, if there is no law against duel memberships. Todder, you're joking right? Talking about the large number of people across this great nation that still think or hear "Mexico" when you say New Mexico?

IE be acting chapter leader until you all can hold elections, which can be done online, by email or in person.
