Got the beast fixed!

Hey guys,

just to give you an update as to what was wrong with the truck so for future purposes you guys can have this diagnosis for yourself.

When I said it would just chug and not start and then eventually die after about 4 trys, the reason being is that the batteries were both shorting out.

Second reason is that I had two fried wiring harnesses, so that made it a bit impossible as well.

3rd thing is that I had 4 fried glow plugs which would also contribute to hard starting. So for the future guys, if your batteries die and it just wont turn over...then its a electrical and gp problem.

So all of this crap ended up costing me 750$ to fix all of this, you may think its a bit absurd, but labour here is 106$ an hour. I still have another 300$ in steering to fix. Both lines have holes in them and they're 150$ a line which is a real drag...

Anyways, thanks to all those people who helped me diagnose what was wrong with my truck. You were all extremely helpful!

Lindsay
