change turn signal switch
how can i change the turn signal switch with out popping the air bag in the steering wheel.i have no turn signals or hazard lights .all the fuses are good .
all the bulbs work when the park lights are on .

What year??? On '95+, you will have to pop out the ignition lock cylinder and remove steering column shrouds in order to get at the multi-function switch retaining screws and harness connectors. The tilt wheel lever also has to be unscrewed.
Repacement of the MFS does not require messing with the airbag, but you will want to disconnect the battery several minutes before starting on the repair, as a regular precaution.
Keep in mind that, again depending on the year, both the turn signal and hazard light circuits run through the flasher module which is located underneath the driver's side dash.
